Thanks for using our platform. This website and platform ("Services") are provided by HR Factory ("us", "we", or "our") and owned by Extra Miles Company( CR No. 1099958)- a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman.
By using HR Factory or accessing any of our Services, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
General Conditions
- HR Factory is an online platform developed to help companies and organizations of all sizes to get automated HR consultancy services. It also enables visitors to apply for some HR services which will be handled offline within another agreement and associated terms and conditions.
- This site is provided as a research and reference tool. Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information, analytical tools, and data provided at this site are useful, accurate, and current, we cannot guarantee that the information, tools, and data provided here will be error-free. By using this site, you assume all responsibility for and risk arising from your use of and reliance upon the contents of this site.
- This site and the information available through it do not, and are not intended to constitute legal advice. Should you require legal advice, you should consult your own attorney. When you create an account on HR Factory, you are fully responsible for maintaining its security and any activities that occur under your account. Please, use a "strong" password to ensure that your private information and your resumes are safe. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

You are solely responsible for all the content you create using our platform.
Payment
Every product/service has a unique selling price. Users are given two options ( either to pay monthly or to pay yearly). For every plan, there is a unique list of terms and conditions made available when selecting the plan and prior to making payment.Refund and CancelationEvery Subscription plan has its own refund policy. Make sure you read and accept it before any subscription.
Termination
HR Factory, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate your account for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Services will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account.
Privacy
Your personal information and content is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using HR Factory you agree to our Privacy Policy which states that your information will be held confidentially. When attempting to take the HR health check, your individual response will remain anonymous.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If a revision is a material, we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
